Can I keep the car for more than one month?
Yes. Longer rentals and extensions can be arranged subject to vehicle availability and payment arrangements.
Is insurance cover included in the rental price?
Yes. Exclusive Car Rentals’ quoted rental rates include vehicle insurance cover. We offer one standard level of cover rather than charging a separate daily amount to upgrade from basic cover to the stated reduced Insurance Liability. Each vehicle has a specific Insurance Liability amount, which is confirmed before the rental and recorded on the rental agreement. Cover and liability remain subject to the signed rental agreement, its terms and exclusions.
What is the Insurance Liability?
The Insurance Liability is the renter’s financial responsibility for covered loss or damage to the vehicle, subject to the rental agreement. The amount differs by vehicle and is shown clearly on your quote and rental agreement.
Are automatic cars available?
Yes. Virtually all of our fleet is automatic, with only a small number of manual economy vehicles.
Can the vehicle be delivered?
Delivery and collection can be arranged depending on location. Cape Town International Airport service is also available by arrangement.
What if I expect to drive more than 3,000 km?
Tell us your estimated mileage when enquiring. We’ll confirm the excess-kilometre rate and help you choose an appropriate vehicle.
